I am a active user of Jeevansathi aap, although I haven't received any suitable match over here, therefore I haven't buy any membership plan. Jeevansathi team has deleted my profile without any communication or call, all my details was updated in this platform. This is really a harassment and disappointment for me and my family. Many families are creating their profile with a feeling of trust and believe that their data is safe and secure, if anything need to be change Or discussed, Jeevansathi team is expected to connect with the family via mentioned contact no or mail id. It is not at all fair and justifying that they are deleting any profile without family concent, this is a kind of Breach of Trust and Customer confidentiality. And showing undue power of deleting any data of any customer without any notice and discussion. They are playing with customer sentiments and family expectation. It's only focus is to earn money without providing any services. * No proper response; * Not many suitable profile as per mentioned criteria. * Lack of customer support. And, since membership is completely voluntary in nature, hence it is no reason for the team to take action against any profile. We would like you to know that we have shared our response vide Ticket ID #1636047 on 7th May 2021 on the mentioned Email Address. In our response, we have duly mentioned that we have found a total of 8 profiles connected with your contact details, of which 4 profiles belong to Ms. Sanchita, 1 profile belongs to Ms. Neha, 1 profile belongs to Ms. Surbhi and the remaining 2 profiles belong to Mr. Rishi. Further, we have noticed that Profile ID YRTU1640 had been active from December 2019 to April 2021, and Profile ID XYYY3949 had been active from May 2020 to April 2021. This clearly shows that both the profiles have been simultaneously active for a considerably long time. We do not allow this. We have found simultanously active profiles of Ms. Sanchita as well. Additionally, we do not allow more than 2 profiles (1 profile each of an individual) if there is more than 1 prospective bride/groom in a family. Unfortunately, there have been more than 2 profiles with certain contact number. We have requested to know the reason for keeping 2 profiles simultaneously active of Mr. Rishi.
