Jeevansathi Internet Services — Repeated deletion of profile for false reasons.

We had a jeevansathi profile which was deleted for stating that we breached the terms and conditions, however we never breached any terms and conditions and nither your team was able provide us any proof. We later created another profile and were contacted by your teams representative to buy a premium pack. He also assured us that the previous profile was deleted due to a mistake and said the new profile will not be deleted if we brought premium membership, on his advice we brought a premium membership and had hardly used it and again our profile was deleted.

Now we had paid for 6 months of membership on your customer care representative's advise which we never were able to use.

We tried contacting your customer care but it is not reachable nither your team replies to the emails.

To sum it up.
* you delete the profile with no update, context or reason
* when we create another profile, your representative assures us that it was a mistake and then asks us to take a premium membership.
* on your representative's assurance we buy premium membership which gets deleted again with no reason provided with a generic reason that we breached terms and conditions.
* Despite numerous emails to support, no resolution received.

* what sort of service is this where you pursuade customers to buy services and then delete their profiles for no apparent reasons.

Any way all i want is a full refund as the membership was sold by your representative and without and just after few days you deleted the profile.

Thank You for reaching out. We hope all your loved ones and you are keeping safe.

We would like you to know that during the tenure of your Profile- ZAZU5890, we received multiple complaints, pertaining to usage of indecent language with fellow members and a lack of intent to marry. This is the reason why we sent you 2 Emails to ask you to avoid using objectionable language, on your then registered Email Address. Also, we noticed that from April 2019 to 22nd January 2020, you were using 2 profiles simultaneously- ZAZU5890 and YUSZ0251. Please note, it is strictly against our policies to have more than 1 active profile person.

With regards to the new Profile you created- XYAS2079, please share the agent's name with whom you had been in touch regarding the membership package so we can have further clarity. We do not allow a member to create a new profile if it had been removed on the basis of complaints pertaining to indecent language and lack of intent, previously.

We understand you are upset, however we do not allow members to have more than 1 profile on the platform and that was ZAZU5890. For more information, please feel free to write in to us directly at [protected]@jeevansathi.com

In regards to profile Zazu5890, I assure and confirm no abusive language was ever used in regards to any profile ever. Moreover we have experienced abusive profiles and even in their cases we never responded with any abuse at all what so ever. We may have responded a strongly worded reply however in no circumstances any abusive language was ever used. Our strongly worded reply was perseved as being indecent however it was not.

I have experienced that in your process you do not care to investigate both sides, if some one has made the complain, you should care to listen to both sides, your team never ever asked for related proofs from my end ever which is partial and baised. Stamping some one as "Not Genuine" without hearing to both sides is absolutely unfair. Even if the Complainant is at a greater fault, you have no system inplace to check and investigate that. Please note that not all complainee are at fault.

In terms of emails NO emails ever were received, not even for the complains made by us. We have checked the junk too so again may be you needed to discuss or communicated this via phone call.

When it comes to "lack of intent to marry" i really would request you to go through my profiles and you will DEFINITELY notice that we actively initiated and replied conversation with profiles, post exchange of interests, where on most of the ocassions we never got any reply back so here it's your responsibility to ensure that profiles on your site if they exchange interests, should communicate further. Exchanging interests and not responding or communicating for months that's what is called "lack of intent to marry". You will not find that in my case at all

Now as far as 2 profiles are concerned at one given time. We were in process of deleting one which was well communicated with your representative at the time of taking membership ( previous to the recent one). The old one was dormant since long.

Now comming to the latest deleted profile for which this complain is all about, we spoke and exchanged emails with Pratik Singh (pratik.[protected]@jeevansathi.com). He too agreed that in your process your team DOES NOT CARE TO INVESTIGATE BOTH SIDES. Any way if your team without any proper investigation have blacklisted me then they should have advised me against buying a paid membership, on a contrary I was convinced that it was an error and the profile will not be deleted specially if I brought paid membership.

Also for your information my previous profile was re- instated after verifying my documents which we further deleted as my family had started using the new profile for which we brought the membership.

Despite of repeated deletions of my profile, without any communication, investigations, and other serious lapses in communition I was very polite and professional with your representative too, you can well confirm that with him, reiterating that fact that we have not abused anyone for no reason.

If you are wondering the reason for repeatedly creating profile on your platform was that my family manages my profile and they were well aquited and familiar with your platform so it was easy to have my profile on your platform despite of other similar alternatives. But since this has become a repeated issue we assure that we will not be your future customers.

We in good faith agree that no service is perfect hence we would request you to refund our money as we did not use the benefits of your services at all. We brought the services only after having been led by your representative. We also hope that you would take the necessary steps to improve your services further.
