Hi, This is regarding jeevansathi profile id ZASY3077. I have shared my birth and address proof but still they deleted the profile. In my birth proof I am 1 year younger but actually my age is 1 year less. I informed them this as well but still profile is deleted. It was paid profile Was this information helpful? | |

We would like you to know that we have found a total of 3 profiles created by this member, between December 2012 and November 2020, of which ZASY3077 and ZZWY2637 had been active together for over 3 years (from August 2013 to September 2016).
Next, the member created XUTA9853 recently in November 2020, while his paid profile- ZASY3077 had been active already. Also, this new profile had been active with a different caste.
Lastly, there is mismatch of DOB, as documented DOB is different from what had been mentioned on the profiles.
Keeping the above points of multiple profiles, more than 1 active profile at a point of time, mismatch of Caste and DOB in perspective, we regret we can neither retrieve the paid profile nor allow him to create any further profile on the platform.
