Sir,
I am writing this after facing lot of frustration from your customer care staff who either are ill trained or willingly do not want to make matter clear. I am explaining my problem as:- "I got registered with your esteemed organisation for search of a bride for my son during 2014 and after expiry of the tenure now after a gap of about six months again got membership renewed for six months on 30/03/2015. But I have now found that my account is blocked without any warning with the reason that I have meet the target of sending acceptance's to members. The fact is that I have not send the desired no of acceptances i.e. 500 during this month( eligible to send in a month as informed by your customer care officer). All efforts to convince your customer care staff has failed and no justification/explanation is available with them.
There is no record to confirm that how many acceptances I have sent. I have found that figures reflected in my account includes cases/acceptances/people yet to respond etc. sent during my earlier regd. of 2014.
You are requested to please provide clear picture and facts of my case at the earlist."
