Jeeves.co.in — delay in installation (mi tv 4a pro) jeeves is worst

I ordered a mi tv 4a pro from flipkart (Order id - od[protected] which was delivered on wed, may 22nd, may, 2019 and the installation and demo service expected by sat, 25th may 2019 (Today) but no update from jeeves regarding the installation and demo service, my father called them 2 or 3 times from afternoon and always getting the same response that (We are escalating the mail regarding your installation process and we have allotted the technician) but nothing happened because no one was allotted now personally called them at 8:00 pm and asked them but there answer was same but one thing was changed that was no technician is allotted till now i am escalating the mail and it will be done today it's already 8;30pm now and still no update (I don"t understand why flipkart have a partnership with such a non-professional companies)
