I am writing to raise a concern regarding my television, which was covered under a 3-year extended warranty.
In June/July 2024, Jeeves service engineers visited my residence and collected the TV for repair. After approximately one week, I was informed that Jeeves would be processing a refund instead of repairing or replacing the television.
However, it has now been several months, and I have neither received the repaired/replaced TV nor the promised refund amount. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, there has been no clear communication, response, or resolution provided.
This prolonged delay is causing significant inconvenience and is completely unacceptable, especially considering that the product was under a valid extended warranty at the time it was collected.
I kindly request you to urgently look into this matter and provide a clear update on the status of my case. I also request that the refund be processed immediately or an appropriate resolution be provided without any further delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
