I had purchased Motorola 32 inch LED TV from Flipkart with an extended warranty of 3 years. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with refund amount (Rs. 1300 approx.) that has been offered to me against My Motorola 32 inch LED TV under the Complete Protection Plan. I am not ready to accept this amount.
The repairing services provided by your team have been inadequate, resulting in extended downtime of the TV. Their Technicians picked up my TV for repairing purpose but they converted this TV into unrepairable through poor services and sent it into scraps.
Despite multiple emails and calls to Jeeves Customer Support Team, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to my problem yet till today. The Jeeves Team is always ready with fake assurances and casualty towards my issue whenever I try to contact them on their helpline number.
I am entitled to get 70-80% as per policy of the amount that I paid for the TV. The repairing services provided by your team have been inadequate, resulting in extended downtime of this TV.
Hence I would request you to reconsider for the claim amount against this LED TV or else deliver back my TV in the working condition on my address as soon as possible.
