Jeeves Consumer Services — extended warranty issue is not getting resolved | |||
H team, I have purchased a redmi note 5 mobile from flipkart along with jeeves extended warranty and accident damage plan. Now since 1 and half months my phone is not working, i have raised my issue with jeeves team on 19th feb 2020 and following there instructions, first they said within 3 business days someone from jeeves will pickup the device and my device will get repaired and handover to me within 10 business day from that, but it took 5 days to pickup the device. Then on 10th business day when i had called they were like device is ready but we have kept for qc so it will be delayed 2 more business day. Then i called after 2 days then they are like device part is not received they need 2 more business day then after 2 days they asked me device part not received give us 5 business day. I am fed up of calling and hearing the same thing again and again. One more thing whenever i am calling now they are keeping me on hold for 15 mins and after fed up i had to cut the call.
