Hi Team my device is submitted to Jeeves service center 4 month ago I am still waiting my device to get delivered to me. I am daily writing a mail but no response from Jeeves, its really very irretating now. I spoke to customer care 3 weeks ago he told me devce is ready but he was not aware of that when they will delivered device to me. Can anyone tel me. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Jun 25, 2020 Updated by Hashim Khalil Ahmad Awaiting for response from Jeeves, Daily sending mails and calling on Jeeves customer care number no response at all Jul 28, 2020 Updated by Hashim Khalil Ahmad Hi Team, I am still awaiting for my refund from Jeeves, A month ago they agreed that they are not able to repair my device and decided to refund 80% of price. They asked me my details and I provided all the details then no replay for a week then I mailed and asked they took 1 week of time but now its a month. Daily I am drafting them a mail and they only reply they don't have any response from concerned team. Total mail we have write to reaching 100. I am expecting them to take one week of time and finish of this. Thanks
