Hi Team,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the installation service of my AC (delivered on April 30th, installed on May 3rd, 2026) By Ambika Pattnayak ([protected]).
I am reporting two major issues:
Incomplete Service: The original installation technician completed the physical setup but refused to provide a product demonstration (Demo), which is a mandatory part of the service as that day was power outage and took the OTP and didnt come to visit again as my parents trust him and given the OTP.
Unprofessional/Fraudulent Behavior: After I raised a complaint, a new engineer named Kanhu Takri was assigned. Instead of visiting my home, he called me and demanded the OTP over the phone. He stated he had spoken to the previous technician and told me to "cancel the request." I have not shared the OTP as he has not physically inspected the unit and his behavior was rough to me .
Lack of Communication: We have attempted to reach the original installation person more than 10 times to resolve the missing demo, but he is intentionally not coming to visit again and bahaving very rude to me and saying will take time 30 to 40 days to visit again and check it.
I request the following immediate actions:
Assign a senior technician to visit my home for a proper inspection and full demo.
Take strict action against the technician (Kanhu Takri and Ambika Pattnayak) for requesting an OTP without a site visit.
Ensure my service request is not marked as "Resolved" until a technician actually visits.
