I own a MI 50 inch TV and I purchased a carepack from Jeevs during the installation of my TV.I was advised if there is any physical damage, remote issues, any hardware issues the part will be replaced in 2-3 business days and if they are unable to rectify I was told the TV will be replaced. But, its been 5 days now and till now no one turned up to replace the TV or the parts even after paying 2800 and my registered number is [protected] Dixit Karan Mehta on my husband's name.
I spoke to Jacqueline from the customer service, they handled the call very rudely she asked us to wait for another 14 days even after waiting for 5 days and when we asked why we were told in 2 days it will be resolved, the agent told that for sales purpose the sales person might have lied to us so we purchase the carepack.
I am looking for a complete TV replacement I cannot wait for any parts months together even after paying somuch money for carepack. Was this information helpful? |
