Jenil Gordhanbhai Rangani — I'm complaining about the unsuccessful place of zen style budhha lamp

I just ordered a zen style Buddha lamp/incense holder, which price was Rs.149/- and I paid through UPI (phonepay) The amount got deducted and got a message that Transaction no. [protected] for Rs.149 done for GORDHANBHAI RANGANI has succeeded from payu team.
But transaction got unchanged from payment page. Also didn't get any confirmation about my order or any order number.
