Jersey Store India — Jerseys purchased but never delivered

I purchased some jerseys from an Instagram account called Jersey Store India. He told me his name was Abdur Hafeez and he operates out of a godown in Bangalore so he doesn’t have a website and only uses Instagram.

I made payment with UPI and was told it will be delivered within 5-7 days. After payment the seller stopped responding to my messages and was even deleting my comments on the page where I was asking him to respond to my DM. I connected with 2-3 other people who had been scammed by him. Later on, the seller blocked me.
