Jet Air Ways — not providing gst invoice after completion of 30 days of travelling | |||
Dear madam/sir, Jet airways is creating trouble to provide gst invoice. I traveled on dated on 9th oct 2017 & provided all relevant information about my gst related information at the time of booking my ticket. Though till date i have not received my gst invoice My ticket details are as follows: Ticket details are as follows: Date of ticket booking: 05th oct 2017 Traveling from mumbai to bangalore: No. Of passengers; 02 Pnr : kfflly gds pnr number: w2hxlu/w3vtqm Ticket no.[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] Reference number: [protected] Traveling from bangalore to mumbai: No. Of passenger; 02 Pnr ; asqhej For mckeown engineering pvt ltd Alpesh gadani Cell : [protected] Jet airways customer care number[protected] is not functioning. From website no where you find mail id for grievance communication. Their is one web portal need to log in to get gst which is not accepting many information like 10 digit cell phone, tan number 's full digits that creating trouble for log in. There is no customer care dial number for gst related information need to discuss with jet airways. More horrible thing is that they do not acknowledged mail about gst invoice as well as no response of mail communicated to get gst invocie. I had communicated [protected]@jetairways.com for this issue but no response from their end. This is not problem for me but this is same problems for many travelers like me.
