Jet Airways — 3 cartons pending to receive from jet airways cargo

Hi, I had booked 4 cartons by Jet Cargo Flight date 9W305/09, Requested flight date-9W2423/10, consignment number 589 BOM 81864635, cartons weight 89.6 kg from Mumbai to Varanasi via Delhi on 9/05/2015, I have received only 1 cartons, weight 15.6 kg on 10th May, 2015 at Babatpur Airport, Varanasi, but 3 cartons are still pending to be received, I have been following with your authority for the last 3 days, but no one is giving any clarity on this, which is very dissappointing & abysmal.
