Jet Airways — Baggage delay claim | |||||
Request for Baggage delay & damage claim. I travelled to Canada on 14th Feb & my baggage was delayed more than 24 hours. When I received the luggage- it was broken & without notifying me, it was dropped to my hotel reception. Now I tried several times to get in touch with jet airways customer service regarding the claim but failed to connect. I am very annoyed with the service & will cancel the membership with Jet airways. Seeking assistance.
