Hello, I had a flight booked under the confirmation code QFICAE. Jet Airways sent me an email on 15th March saying that the flight is cancelled. But I have not received the refund for the same. Request you to look into the matter.

1. Nobody has a duty to reply to indefinite complaint or to anonymous author.
2. If you do not know the procedure of the complaining, the terms and amount, which you are entitled to,
there are 2 legal options for a passenger always:-
option 1: to hire the professional for the agreed remuneration (usually from rs 4000),
to give all related documents to such professional,
aiming to bring the civil suit or the other action
not later than in 30 days following the notification on the cancellation of the flight or failure to issue the refund/compensation,
or
option 2: to forget about the request of money.
It is not a joke.
