Highly disappointing Service.
I got a sms confirming flight cancellation. Was trying to reach out to Contact Centre for further enquiry and assistance.
For almost 3-4 times in a day, my call was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes and ultimately was not received.
Jet Airways boasts of high quality service and Customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I being one of the customers am not able to vouch this.
I want to make a point that in most cases when a consumer/end user cancels a ticket - its either non refundable or almost 80% of money is lost.
But when Airline is cancelling flights - in such case, unfortunately, we are being refunded with ticket price we paid instead of price at which alternative arrangement would be available to us.
I would like to take this to Consumer Forum as this has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family and expect Jet to refund the amount equivalent to cost if were to book a ticket at last moment. Was this information helpful? |
