Jet Airways — JP miles of 5 months are not updated

I have a Jet Privilege account with JP no.[protected]. I am using HDFC Titanium credit card from April 2014. But my JP account is updated from august 2014 to till date and JP Miles from April to August are pending. I have send the copy of my credit card statement to them to clarify the issue. I have send several mails but I got only computer generated mail that the service representative will respond with in 72 hours, but I did not get any response even in 10 days.
