Jet Airways — No refund of false charge | |||
On 17th November I booked an online ticket for my wife using her miles. Her JP number is[protected]. Upon filling up all the details and paying the amount of Rs 1984 (via net banking), the following page failed to reload. After waiting for 1 hour I called up Jet Airways and was informed that due to a glitch on the system the ticket was not issued, however I would receive my refund within 48 hours. Later that evening, we had to start from scratch and go through the entire procedure of booking our flights. Today it's the 23rd and there is no refund of my money in my account. I called up the customer service number, spoke to Mr Haider Ali explaining him what exactly happened and why I have not received my refund. Firstly, I had to remind him how to speak to a customer as his tone of talking was unacceptable. He was rude and sounded like he was doing me a favor by trying to find out why the refund was not yet initiated. Furthermore, he went on ordering me to wait for an additional 72 hours, saying that there is nothing more he can do, hence I am left with no option but to wait for him to revert after 72 hours. I seriously have no words to describe how pathetic the service and staff of Jet Airways and Jet Privilege has become over the months. Clearly you guys need to train your staff to be more professional and be courteous with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
