I had traveled from dubai to delhi on 31 dec 18-01 jan 19 (9w05470, e ticket 9w dxbhzl seq/132 slqzse seat no. 31a, b and c), and it was to my shock and dis-belief that at delhi airport, i was very casually informed by your ground staff that all my four pieces of luggage (Marked fragile) has not been transported and the same would be sent to my address in a day or two. I wonder what sense of responsibility does the people on duty discharge? The callous and in sensitiveness of your ground staff further baffles me, as i am a indian naval officer and my luggage consists of items which are very precious to me which i have purchased with my hard earned money.
