[Resolved] Jet Airways — non receipt of refund on cancellation of e ticket[protected]

I had booked flight mum chennai on 16th november and cancelled same ticket within 24 hrs i was assured full refund at multiple times from jet airways executives. I was even asked to wait for 7 working days and even dropped an email to [protected]@jetairways.com. But till now no refund of ticket cancelled by me had been received. I once again request jet airways team to immediately look into issue and resolve my grievance
