Jet Airways — Not crediting the JP miles

JP team, My JP #[protected]. I had traveled on the sector San Francisco - Abu Dhabi - Mumbai on Aug 23rd 2015. Ticket #[protected] Reservation code: SKGPQG On checking my account, I saw that the JP miles were not credited to my account. I wrote an email to JP team and they credited the miles for the sector SFO - Abu Dhabi. They did not credit it for Abu Dhabi - Mumbai. I followed up with multiple emails to get the miles credited but in vain. They demanded a boarding pass and baggage tag to verify the travel. I submitted a soft copy of my ticket which had the entire details for them to verify and credit my miles. They are still not budging and asking for a baggage tag !! I told them I have not preserved the boarding pass and baggage tag after completion of my travel as they were useless for me. It's so strange even a ticket copy does not suffice them to credit the JP miles. It's a unique way of harassing customers and not giving them their deserved JP miles.
