Jet Airways — Refund of cancelled air ticket

I have booked air ticket from delhi to guwahati of 26.04.2017 with the booking reference (PNR) ERUYOJ. I have cancelled this ticket well in advance (more than 15 days in advance of the travelling date).
There was no information on the cancellation amount at the time of cancellatoion.
At the time of cancellation, I was informed that your refund request is noted and the amount will be refunded in your account.
later on, recently I got message from my bank that a refund of 1428 has been credit against its refund, against the ticket amount of 7928.
As I reached to jet customer care I was told that your ticket was non refundable and you will get only this amount.
Sir I feel cheated with your policy.
