We have booked one TICKET IN JET AIRLINES FLIGHT THROUGH VIA.COM FOR DATE 19 MAY, 2019 as per following vide reference FMNAF2ZAINT1I in my son name - VINIT SUNIL SHAH BOMBAY - NEWYORK-BOMBAY and we have heard that the flight is cancelled by the airline and under full refund will be paid to the customer. We have paid 62769/- to via.com and We have not received any refund till today from via.com or from jet airways . via.com says they have not received any refund from jet airways
