Jet Airways — refund still not received by my booking agent of my cancelled flight

My flight from amsterdam to mumbai as on 25/04/2019 was cancelled. My ref. No. Hgfbzu/jvjgur. I had booked this ticket through my agent arise tours &travels ref:sjt95c. Can u please confirm me whether you have refunded the amount to them or not. As they say they have still not received the amount. If not please reply as when you will give the refund. Please reply soon.
