Jet Airways — Rude ground staff

I was supposed to travel from mangalore to Ukraine via dubai with an infant on the 17th of july 2015. The flight was delayed by 90 min, I was informed at d last minute that I would have to go back home( I was alone and this was at 12.30 am) since I'll miss the connecting flight. Initially I was assured that they would help me board another flight. The ground staff one miss Bhavya behaved very rudely when asked for an explanation and was yelling at me from a distance like a fisherwoman ( note: the baby was sleeping on my shoulders ).The staff here are so unprofessional and do not even use know how to treat their guests.

Bhavya is a very arrogant, rude, incompetent employee of Jet Airways. She mistreated two senior citizens when travelling in business class. I am going to file a case against her for irrational behavior and the horrible incompetent attitude of the ground doctor who harassed the two senior citizens before boarding the flight.
