I was travelling in flight no.9w0403 on 20 th oct. From mumbai to kochi.
I was asking for a window seat or an isle seat. The lady a the counter told me that neither of them is available. On the other hand she provided me non reclining seat no.22e. My request to give me any isle seat was also denied with arrogance.
When i boarded the aircraft i could see that there are many isle seats available, but i had to confine with my non reclining seat provided to me by your counter staff.
I am a senior citizen, with jet privilege card no.[protected] and ffp no.9w[protected]. Also, i am a retired top executive of a well known commercial bank. The action of your staff is really ridiculous.
I would like to know:
1. What action you will be taking against such arrogant non friendly staff.
2. How you will compensate me for my physical strain, mental agony and damage of reputation.
