Jet Airways — Tampering of the bag.

Sir, My daughter(Ms.Vaishali Iyengar) travelled from Bangalore to Ahmedabad under ticket, Booking reference(PNR) no.YHTFPS(eticket#[protected], on 3rd July 2015 by Jet Airways. When she collected her checked-in baggage from the conveyer belt, to her dismay, she found that combination padlock on the bag was removed and zipper of bag opened. Fortunately no items were missing. However it seems somebody has tampered with the bag, which needs to be brought to your notice. For your reference, on the tag attached with the bag, the following details are mentioned 9W 2321 AMD & 9W 478 BOM and also 3589 9W96674.
