Jet Airways — Travel certificate reminder

Dear Sir /Madam

I wish to submit that I have traveled from Kolkata to Bagdogra on 12 June 2015
by jet airways flight No. 9W615 under Booking Reference (PNR) JCGTZK, with Passenger
Name as under :

MR RADHEYSHYAM JOSHI (SELF)
MRS MEETA JOSHI
MS SAKSHI JOSHI
MSTR MADHAV JOSHI

due to loss of my original ticket i have applied for travel certificate for said journey
on 30-31 Nov.2015 and the fee Rs.848/- for certficate was also paid by me by my
VISA card No. [protected]. but i am sorry to say that the certificate issued
by system is not showing the ticket amount. the soft copy of certificate is
being attached for your kind perusal and needful
i request you to please look into this matter and kindly arrange to issue a complete
certificates for said journey for which i have already paid fees.
