Jet Airways — while booking online ticket server failed but amount debitted twice

REF: Jet Previlege Account No:[protected] today i tried to book my online return journey ticket at about 5.50 pm from Mumbai to Lucknow for Journey on 14th july but due to server ticket could not be booked but amount of Rs 7495/- deducted twice from credit card. Please reverse amount total Rs. 15990/- and afford credit to my Credit Card Account.
