Dear sir/madam, Highhandedness of jet airways staff placed at international airport new delhi with mrs neelam sharma (Passenger) on 19.03.2016 Please refer to my various communications on the captioned subject, , i wish to invite your kind attention towards the highhandedness of your jet airways staff placed at international airport, new delhi at terminal 3 with a ladies passenger, who has not been permitted to board on her flight no.9w-795 from delhi to pune at 14.55 on saturday, dated 19 march 2016 vide pnr:lthgzy(Copy enclosed), whereas i have reported at jet airways counter at terminal no.3 at 2.00pm and i am being asked by the concerned staff on the counter that the boarding for the captioned flight is over/closed whereas the boarding for the said flight was going on at the material time i.E.2.00pm, which is being well placed on the record for your reference. However, i have requested to ladies staff placed at the counter for issuance of boarding pass, but she did not attend me properly and continued to keep on talking over her mobile with someone and misbehaved with me also.It is pertinent to mention that i am being forced to book another flight of air india(Copy enclosed) worth rs.6910/-for returning to pune on 19.03.2016 at 4.40 pm since i was suffering from severe fever at the material time and also caused me severe depression. In view of the foregoing, i seek kind intervention of the concerned higher authorities to take stern action against the erring officials and arrange to refund my fare for rs.4010/-for the said flight and compensation for rs.50000/-for causing me mental agony and severe depression on account of which i could not take up the matter with the concerned higher authorities for the aforesaid unfortunate incidence happened with me without any fault on my part immediately on 19.03.2016.You are once again advised to take stern action against the erring officials and arrange to refund my said fare for rs.4010/-accompanied the said compensation worth rs.50000/- without further loss of time, failing which, i may be forced to initiate the legal proceedings against the delinquents personally in their names at their costs & risks and against your esteemed company. Hoping for prompt positive response/resolution, please. Please expedite the resolution proceedings to avoid any further litigation against the delinquents personally in their names at their costs & risks and against your esteemed company advise me immediately the present status/fate of my said request.
