This is one of the worst customer initiative - sad downfall as it used to be one of the best earlier.
I am a platinum customer and get vouchers every year. Seems a worthless exercise as i have never been able to use this as they are always overbooked / 'over-requested'!! They had the decency to at least extend the validity to give additional opportunity (Not that that helped - my vouchers still went for a waste). However they have changed their policy unilaterally and don't extend now (Probably to do with the mass numbers who are jetprivilege). Customer care answer is that the policy is updated on the website - they expect customers to keep checking all companies website for change in policies!!
