Jewellii.com — Wrong product and no response and no return !

I had ordered a salwar suit from JEWELLII. Com... unfortunately they had delivered a different product and of a very cheap quality.. have been trying to track them but unable to contact any concerned person ! I have sent many emails to the I'd given by them.. but no response from their end.. please help me out... it's been more than a month that I am trying to contact them and waiting for their response !
