Product Ordered on 8th Nov 2016, with a maximum delivery period of 15 days. Due to the new money limit announcements even though there was a delay beyond the stipulated time we did not pressurize them.
However, after a month I started getting worried and have been calling them regularly, only to be informed that they have spoken to the delivery company and it will be delivered today or we will give a call back with the details.
I have been placed on hold that I can neither buy the product as offers on that have been closed by the other companies nor can I cancel as I cant get that same product in that range now. Was this information helpful? |
