worst behavior of driver and conductor

I booked in jeyam travel. Bus came very late to perungalathur. When i called bus driver he didnt tell the correct stop. They left without picking me and asked me to come singaperumal petrol bunk. I booked another cab and travelled there around 20 kms. When i was checking the driver and conductor they were very rude. They straight away saying thats how they do. This is karthik, i booked ticket in the Useless and stupid "Jeyam Travels" for my friend on 24-Jan-2013 at 11.15pm bus. We wait upto 12.30 but bus not came, then i called and asked they replied bus on the way and afterthat they switched the mobile. we are wait upto 3pm, the bus will not...

On 10 february 2012, I had a worst experience with Jeyam Travels Chennai. I have booked ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore in the 10:00 pm bus through redbus. I went to Koyembedu by 9:30 itself and the Jeyam travels operators asked me to wait in the office. Sharp at 9:55pm they asked us to board the bus which is parked in the nearby petrol bunk. I went their and found that, a bus of MRM which seems to be a partner of Jeyam...

Poor service for the enormous amount taken

I had booked my bus tickets to coimbatore on 23 Dec 2010 via redbus.in. The PNR# for the reserved tickets is JYTMNYT72437646 and it was booked in Jeyam Travels. I booked my travel from Chennai to Coimbatore thru Redbus.in. I had paid 700 bucks for a Non AC sleeper bus. My PNR was generated for a bus company "Jayam Travels" for 21;24 on the 20th Aug 2010.
I was at the boarding point (Koyembedu terminus) at 9:30, and worked my way thru a throbbing crowd to a basement. The person there declined to issue the boarding pass citing that he shall do so when the bus arrives. Children, women...

Life risking due to bus service

i and my friend travelled booked the bus ticket in jeyam travels which has office in omni bus stand, majestic complex, koyambedu, phone no 42818263 from coimbatore to chennai. when we left coimbatore at 10.45pm supposed to be 9.45 pm in ticket.. tyre punchered 3 times in just matter of 40kms ..
when we got down and saw the tyre condition it was very worst... should not be used /....
at last it burst near salem ,.....
