Jigar System Technology — fraud in payment transfer, lai in commitments, unethical behavior

Hello Deara all, " JIGAR SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY " VIRAR, DIST : PALGHAR, TALUKA VASAI is ISO cheater & froud company having no management & production team at all. Althought they give us fake comitments to complete the order of 1000 Solar Panles within given time frame. We transfer them full payment of 274 pcs & told them if you dispatch material we will transfer balance amount to make remaining panles. After few days we realised Mr.Jigar Dont have sufficeint man power & unavilability of RAW material, No management at all in Production, NO Quality checking, We asked him about the same, but he were giving false commitemnts & wrong information. We did trust on his fake comitments & gave comitments to our reputed client, but every time he failed to complete his fake comitments... It was huge lose of 10 lac which was immidiate of our client. It was huge reputational as well as finanical lose baired by our company, Mr.Jigar cancle our order due to unavilability of Manpower & Material, This behaviour was very shocking & unprofessional too. He gave us only 131 panels & cancle our order. Out of 131 Solar Panles 55 Panel were rejected by our client QC team. Panel cells were dmaged while pasting, not getting proper out put.It was another reputational lose we faced first time duew to this third Class company. Now when we are demanding to give our payment returned, he is again giving false comitments & reasons... We took regular follow up, But now this froud person not peeking our phone. We have givin legal complaint about "JIGAR SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY " & Mr. JIGAR to Court... WE SUGGEST YOU NOT TO GIVE ANY ORDER TO MAKE ANY MATERIAL TO THIS FRAOUD COMPANY...
