Jindal Packers & Movers — Delay in Delivery

Hi Sir, I want to submit a complaint against jindal packers & movers, I had hired to relocate my household from delhi to hyderabad on 26th may 2015 and they promised me to deliver the same by 2nd june or hardly 3rd june but today is 6th june and i am still waiting for my household and when i asked them they told me that they are not been able to connect with the driver from last 2-3 days. now they have provided me the driver's contact no and the driver is saying he is in hyderabad but jindal packers & movers are not providing the labour to unload the material. So arrange your labour yourself then i will come to you and now they are not even picking up the phone. I can even show the invoice and the payment receipts that I have paid, We are very worried. this is a humble request to take immediate action. As my household is still with them.
