Jio — always network issue

My name is nagendra singh and my jio number is [protected]. From last 15 days i am facing issue in internet speed. I am getting very slow speed. Sometime it gets ping on 0.1 kbps to 10 kbps. I had called the customer care but they are not raising my complaint. Every time they said that it will get up to the mark. Kindly do something about this matter. Otherwise i am going to change the service provider.
