On 1st April 2023, I mistakenly recharged my own number with an annual plan instead of my dad's number. I immediately contacted Jio customer support and requested a refund. They informed me that the refund has been initiated and will be processed soon.
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding a refund for a Jio Annual Plan recharge that I mistakenly made on 1st April 2023. I have been facing significant difficulty in obtaining a refund for this transaction, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through Jio customer service, the refund has not been credited to my account even after 30 days.
I contacted the Jio customer service team immediately after realizing my mistake, and they assured me that the refund would be initiated promptly. However, despite their assurances, I have yet to receive the refund. I have made multiple follow-ups but to no avail. The response from the customer service team has been unsatisfactory, and I am yet to receive any concrete information on when I can expect the refund.
I believe that as a customer, I am entitled to timely and efficient customer service, and it is unfortunate that I have not received the expected level of service from Jio. I would, therefore, request your intervention in this matter, and I kindly request you to help me resolve this issue at the earliest.
