I received a call from jio home job from managing director Aditya bansal they told me that I need to pay 2100 rs for the registration of job after I paid it they informed me about the insurance policy for the system through which I need to work for that policy they told me to pay 12990 rs but I told them that I don't have that much of amount I only have 3000 with me they told me pay that they will manage with it but after I paid that 3000...

They first sent me an offer letter after paying a security fee of 2, 500 rupees, then I replied to them with an acceptance letter. Then they asked about insurance. (Please see the attachment, so I paid 20, 500 rupees in total.

In our locality we are facing jio fiber issue from last 2 weeks we are not getting any response from customer care. They provided us the resolution time of 1 day and its been more than 2 weeks now and no progress on complaints. NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROVIDED.
