Jio Mart — Order delayed and no proper response from Jio Mart side

I placed an order on 16th August, the estimated delivery date was 21st August. When I checked their app on 22nd August, the delivery date changed to 23rd August, again when I checked on 23rd August delivery date changed to 24th August. Day by day the status is getting changed to next day.
I even called Jio Mart's customer care, but they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 10 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible. They don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed by your delivery partner. Despite calling them 5-7 times, even they say I can’t cancel the order until I receive it. I'm totally fed up with their response. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.
