Jio Mart — Refund of amount

I ordered some groceries items from Jio Mart from my son's mobile (No [protected]) app "called Jio Mart" on 04/08/2020. This was billed for Rs 1194.75, and I paid the same through internet banking. Some items amounting to Rs 179/- were not available for delivery and the amount has been refunded to me on 07/08/2020. I noticed that Ahhar dal and Sooji (amounting to Rs 381/-) were missing in the packet, and take up the matter with the company through whatsapp number [protected] and on the toll-free number [protected]. But the company didn't respond me on phone and the whatsapp number is giving system generated reply only. So, I take up the matter through e-mail [protected]@jiomart.com 08/082020, 09/08/2020, 11/08/2020 13/08/2020. The order no was[protected]M and the complaint No is [protected] dated 11th August 2020 as intimated by the company. The company is not refunding the amount of Rs 381/- . I would like to know the status of the case and refund of my money.

I raised complaint about missing items in the packet and asked for refund on 24th August, 2020. But no action has been taken so far.
