Jio Network — Amount is paid for Jio plan through google pay but Jio plan is not activated

I have recharged Jio plan for 209 rupees through google pay with proof, but I haven't received message from Jio and also plan is not activated, I can't receive any otps and calls now. I request Jio solve my issues or to refund my money
