I recently picked up a JIO prepaid connection and refilled my number with 399 plan (valid for 84 days). It has been a month almost and I've had to complaint daily as the network at my home and work is very very poor. I am unable to place calls nor use 4G data.
I have complained to their customer care asking them for a refund as they have admitted to network issues in both areas (Tardeo and Andheri East). They refuse to give any refund and only keep asking me to wait until their problem is sorted (without giving any deadline)
