I made a incorrect recharge to my smartphone's jio sim to jio-phone's plan.
So i requested for refund/ transfer/ adjust.
But customer-care denied and told they don't have provision to do the above.
Is this the process in this technology developed country?
There is no value for humanity, only money plays here.
If money is there, people kill the humanity.
