Jio — recharge cancellation

I have recharged my jio number with 555 plan. I want to deactivate it before activation on 10th march 2020 @ 6:51 pm and go for another plan. I want to get the 555 refunded. I'm not able to cancel the plan before activation also. Kindly look into this issue. This is not fair on jio's part, not showing a deactivate button on app even before activation. Receiving infinite number of telemarketing calls in DND mode, repeat complains but no resolution..#[protected].
Blocking the numbers isn't working since they have multiple numbers.

I have placed jiofiber cancellation on 4th of february and they have collected the device.till now i have not getting my refund amount.when i contacted them they are not giving proper information and ask me wait.this is the 3rd time i am placing complaint regarding this in this forum.if i dont get proper solution i will go to court seeking help.
