Jipmer — amount deducted but payment not done

I am neha from davangere. I was registering for jipmer exam online for my brother. After making the payment, the amount rs.1528 got deducted from my account but i saw an error in the transaction that the transaction could not be completed due to duplicate payment ids. Can you please check on that and reply soon as it is quite urgent. Thank you.
