Jipmer — I lost my id and password

I have applied for the mbbs entrance exam and lost my id and password could you please help me to get my id and password on the name safia khatoon and email id - [protected]@gmail.com. Its a kind request could you please help me. I have emailed to all the contacts of jipmer but didn't get any reply please send my request to jipmer as soon as possible please otherwise i won't be able to sit for the exam please help me.
