On 31st of January 2023, I placed an order, On 3rd Feb 2023 I received the product through BlueDart. As soon as I opened the packet instead of getting Instax Camera worth INR 2100, I received the Sunset Lamp. It was really disheartening when I sent an email on the contact detail mentioned on the package, the email does not exists (ID mentioned was [protected]@gmail.com).
Later checking on the website (https://opticamindia.com/collections/jiva) in the refund policy section, the email ID mentioned was akila.store.[protected]@gmail.com. When I dropped multiple emails on this ID, I have received no response.
Request you to kindly take the necessary step to provide the refund.
